Cap Karma

This blog is set up for the cap making community of ladies at the San Francisco International Airport. The caps are for chemo patients and are donated to a local hospital. The hand made caps (knitted or crocheted) are a token of our prayers and well wishes for the recipient.

3 Cable Hat

Here's another hat, it's not much to look at. You can barely see the design with this awful blue variegated yarn. Nothing really shows well with this yarn. Sigh... unfortunately I have a this big blue ball of yarn to work through. So you'll be seeing more of it.

Anyways, there are supposed to be 3 different cables on this hat. The one in the center branches outwards as you go up. The cable on the right twists to the right. The cable on the left twists to the left.

Swirl Hat

Here's another hat, the Swirl Hat, this will make hat #41 for this year's Cap Karma project... :-)

Haven't had much time to look for new and interesting hat patterns to suggest. Been busy on this end and have slowed down on the hat knitting, but it will pick up again after the new year.
