Cap Karma

This blog is set up for the cap making community of ladies at the San Francisco International Airport. The caps are for chemo patients and are donated to a local hospital. The hand made caps (knitted or crocheted) are a token of our prayers and well wishes for the recipient.

Latest hat

I know it's been a while but here's my latest hat for cap karma =) It's not a great picture, but that's the best I could do at 1:30 in the morning.

Button cap - similar to NY hat

Don't you hate it when you see something online and can't locate it again. The cap from my previous pattern post reminded me of another cap I saw with a button and I thought, why not share that as well but I couldn't remember where I saw it. I am not even sure how I had arrived at the site where I saw the first post that led to the pattern. Anyhows, here it is.

The pattern is in pdf format. Click the download button in the box on the right and save the file. If you have trouble with the download and want the pattern, let me know and I will email it to you.

Lastest caps

I've received a few caps in the last couple of days and one before Christmas that I am tardy in sharing.

This one is by Sarah - I've pictured both the side and the top.

The two blue ones are by Terry - I think Terry is new to the Airport or maybe just new to the caps group - not sure but these are her first - looking forward to meeting you Terry and thank you.

This one is by Christina - she's getting a lot of mileage out of the left over pastel yarn - so cute.
