Cap Karma

This blog is set up for the cap making community of ladies at the San Francisco International Airport. The caps are for chemo patients and are donated to a local hospital. The hand made caps (knitted or crocheted) are a token of our prayers and well wishes for the recipient.

Another Andohalambo Hat

I like the purple one I made earlier. Maybe I'm just sick of this blue variegated yarn. It took me a while to finish this one because it lived in the car and I chipped away at it slowly. I haven't knit many hats lately. Busy with the house move. And I also seem more inspired to knit hats in the fall/winter. I think my hat knitting will pick up around October. Hopefully we will have moved into our new house by then! The pattern for this hat can be found here: http://smariek.blogspot.com

I'll be adding the new photos from the previous two posts to our Flickr badge soon. And sometime before fall, I will create a new one for our next year.

It's been a while

It's been a really long time since I've posted anything here and even longer since I've actually worked on a project myself. These past 6 months have been incredibly busy with work.

The caps keep coming in - great job all of you. I included photos of caps that I don't think have been posted yet but I may not remember who made them since it's been a really long time, My apologies.
Another Gwennabe by Christina Ho - well done!!
