Cap Karma

This blog is set up for the cap making community of ladies at the San Francisco International Airport. The caps are for chemo patients and are donated to a local hospital. The hand made caps (knitted or crocheted) are a token of our prayers and well wishes for the recipient.

squash blossom

My b/f said this looked like a squash blossom so that's what I'm calling it. When I modeled it for him later he said I look almost like a cabbage patch doll. Squash blossom sounds better...

I didn't do a very good job weaving in all the loose ends, but otherwise it's a simple hat to knit.

Chessboard Hat



Here's another hat. I seem to be in a 2-color knitting phase. I accidentally made this hat a little too long, not paying attention while I was knitting.
